Gluten Free Guide to the 2022 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

It’s time once again for my gluten free guide to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot! This festival is one of my favorites (who am I kidding, every Epcot festival is my favorite), and I’m so excited to try these items!

Here are the items marked as Gluten/Wheat Friendly for the 2022 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. *Note: They are marked as Gluten Friendly because there may be cross-contamination. Since the food booths are so small, there is no way to ensure that there is no cross-contamination. Additionally, this is just about food, the alcohol is not marked in the guide, so if you’re unsure, ask at the booth.

Some items can also be made gluten free by omitting certain ingredients (those items are not listed here), just make sure to speak with someone at the booth to specify your needs!
