Gluten Free Options at 2021 Taste of Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival
The menus for the outdoor kitchens at Epcot’s 2021 Flower and Garden Festival have been released! I am pleasantly surprised at how many gluten-friendly options there are this year! *NOTE: I say gluten-friendly because these items cannot guarantee no cross-contamination as they are in close contact with other items in the booths.
This festival runs from March 3 until July 5, making it the longest Flower and Garden Festival ever (or at least in recent years). Look for a post late next month with my reviews of these items!
Additionally, the Garden Graze is returning this year. Items that are part of the Garden Graze will be marked in the festival passport. When you buy an item, you will get a stamp in your passport. Once you’ve collected all five stamps, you can bring your passport to Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen to to redeem for a complimentary prize! (You can complete the Garden Graze over multiple trips if you want!)
Okay, now on to the food. I will not include drinks and the non-gluten-friendly food on here, you can find those here.
All pictures and food descriptions come from this Disney Parks Blog post.
