Satu’li Canteen Gluten Free Review

Satu’li Canteen is a quick service location located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It is the restaurant in the Pandora area of the park. This restaurant is known for their protein bowls, some of which are gluten free.

The bowls are “build your own” style, the menu is shown below.

I ordered the beef with rice and black beans, with creamy herb dressing.

Y’all. This was so good. Satu’li Canteen is now my favorite quick service location in Animal Kingdom. The beef was cooked perfectly, and the creamy herb dressing tied it all together. This didn’t feel like theme park food at all, it was a fantastic meal after a long day at Animal Kingdom. There was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors too!

I highly recommend Satu’li Canteen for lunch or dinner, maybe after riding Flight of Passage, or when you’re checking out how great Pandora looks at night. Definitely be sure to eat here if you’re looking for something different than regular theme park food!
