Grand Floridian Cafe Gluten Free Dinner Review

After a day at Magic Kingdom, we had dinner reservations for the Grand Floridian Cafe. Grand Floridian Cafe is located at the Grand Floridian (shocker) on the first floor. It’s right next to 1900 Park Fare. I checked in on my phone and then waited for a text to let us know our table was ready.
After about 15 minutes, I received a text, and we returned to the host stand. We were seated right in the middle of the restaurant. Our menu was accessible on our phone, and I was pleased to find the allergy menu was also on the online menu.
Our server noted my gluten allergy, and brought out some warm gluten free bread for me. It was a standard gluten free dinner roll, but the butter had a hint of citrus, which was a nice touch.
I ordered the Miso-glazed Salmon. It came with Lemon Sticky Rice, French Beans, and Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette. I loved the glaze on the salmon. It wasn’t like other salmon that I have had, it was a little sweet, but amazing. The rice was delicious and the beans were good too.
My friend got the New York Strip Steak, which is also gluten free. He said the meal was delicious.
I would definitely recommend the Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch or dinner. It looks fancy, but theme park attire is acceptable. It’s just a monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom, so if you’re looking for a lunch or dinner during your Magic Kingdom day, I’d highly suggest making a reservation for Grand Floridian Cafe!
If you’re looking for a place for drinks and small plates before dinner, I’d suggest the Enchanted Rose upstairs at the Grand Floridian!
