Hollywood and Vine Gluten Free Dinner Review
**As with all buffets, inform your server that you have an allergy. If you don’t feel comfortable with taking food from the buffet, you can have the chef bring you plates from the kitchen**
On our Disneymoon, we ate at Hollywood and Vine on their last day of Minnie’s Holiday Dining, where Minnie and friends were dressed in their finest Christmas attire.
Hollywood and Vine is a table service buffet located in Hollywood Studios. It is in the Echo Lake section of the park next to 50’s Prime Time Cafe (read my review here).
Upon check-in, I was handed the allergy guide for dinner at Hollywood Vine. There are a number of gluten friendly options on the buffet, and specific allergy friendly options that your server can bring you from the kitchen.
I enjoyed this buffet greatly, but I’m a sucker for a good buffet. I felt that I had many good options on the buffet line.
Additionally, I ordered the Allergy Friendly cheesecake and the Allergy Friendly chocolate brownie, both of which were brought from the kitchen by our server.
The cheesecake came with raspberry sauce, which I didn’t realize. At the risk of sounding picky, I’m not a huge fan of fruit syrups, so I didn’t eat much of the cheesecake, but the brownie was good. It was a little dense, as most gluten free brownies are, but it was still good. It was very similar to the brownie at 50s Prime Time Cafe.
During dinner, you can meet Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Mickey in their seasonal outfits. For us, they were in their Christmas outfits, which were absolutely adorable.
At the end of dinner, we stood in line to take a picture with Goofy dressed up in his Santa outfit. There was a PhotoPass photographer there ready to take our photo.
Overall, I would recommend Hollywood and Vine for Lunch/Dinner. The buffet had a wide variety of food and the character outfits were super fun.
