Gluten Friendly Options at The 2021 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival

The menus are finally here! I’ve been so excited to see these menus, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how many gluten friendly options there are this year!

The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE will run from July 15 until November 20.

There are seven new booths this year:

  • The Noodle Exchange (Near Traveler’s Café)
  • Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina
  • The Rotunda Bistro (American Adventure Rotunda)
  • The Swanky Saucy Swine (Near Disney Traders)
  • Brew-Wing at the EPCOT Experience
  • Lobster Landing (Near Mission: SPACE) – Opening Oct. 1
  • Mac & Eats (Near Mission: SPACE) – Opening Oct. 1

*Items are denoted as gluten-friendly since cross-contamination is always a possibility in these small booths.

Emile’s Fromage Montage is returning as well. The Festival Passport will have five cheesy items marked, and when you purchase them, you can collect stamps in your Passport and then redeem them for a prize at Shimmering Sips. (In previous years the prize was a cheesecake, and I got all of my stamps from ordering the Pão de Queijo so many times at the Brazil booth…).

Now on to the important things, the menus! I will not be covering the drinks, just the food that is marked as gluten-friendly. All information and photos are from Disney Parks Blog.
