Gluten Friendly Options at the 2024 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival
**Updated March 14, 2024: Jardin de Fiestas (Mexico’s booth) had an allergy guide at the booth and all food items are gluten-friendly. The picture of the guide is at the bottom of this page
Also the Honey Peach Cobbler Freeze with Streusel (non-alcoholic) at the Honey Bee-stro is gluten friendly. I asked at the booth and they called a manager that confirmed. Make sure to confirm when you visit just in case they change suppliers or change the recipe. **
NOTE: The use of the terminology “Gluten friendly” in this guide is the term Disney uses to denote that an item does not contain gluten, but it might be subject to cross-contamination, therefore they cannot guarantee it is completely gluten free and may not be safe for those with severe allergies or celiac disease.
Now that Disney lists all of the (top) allergens for festival booth items, it can be more difficult to find the gluten friendly options since they’re not listed in the festival guide. If you’re looking for them in the myDisneyExperience app, you can search for “Flower and Garden” and it will suggest the allergen menus as an option.
Epcot’s International Flower and Garden festival runs from February 28th – May 27th, 2024.
*Items are made in shared kitchens and Disney cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination with other items in the booth
I will just be listing the items that are made without gluten, for other allergies see the My Disney Experience app.
